F. Yao (member from NVA)

Studied five year fulltime at the Medical Department of TCM, Jiangxi College of TCM (1977-1982). There he obtained his bachelor degree of medicine. After graduation, he worked as a resident doctor in the clinical department, Jiangxi Research Institute of TCM. From 1985 to 1987, he continued his studies as a post-graduate student in internal medicine of TCM in Nanjing University of TCM where he got his Master degree of medicine. In the period of 1987- 2000 he worked as visiting doctor, associate professor at the hospital of the Beijing College  of Acupuncture. Besides his internal medicine work, he was active as a teacher for his college. He treated patients with herbs, acupuncture and regular medicine. In 1993, he worked as a consultant in the military hospital in Xiamen City where he treated patients most suffering from cancer. In the years 1995 and 1996 he practiced acupuncture in the Rx Center of Acupuncture in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since 2000 he works in the Netherlands as an acupunctrest and herbalist. Besides he works as a teacher in several acupuncture schools.
